The breakfast was amazing. It was also versatile. The staff was great and useful. The room was clean. it was modern. The location was good. The metro was close.
The bathroom sink had a lot of glue marks. It looked unpleasant. the rooms don't have kettles. This is inconvenient.

The location is quite convenient. A tram station is just in front. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. My room had sufficient space. The air conditioner worked perfectly.
The bathroom sink had some glue marks. It was not a pleasant sight.

The staff was very friendly. The location was very close to a tram stop, a supermarket, and a subway station. The tram station in front of the hotel was especially convenient. It was a short walk to the fashion street and Duomo.
The room was a little small! though that was ok.

The location was excellent, and I had easy access to transportation. Several restaurants were nearby the hotel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast included pancakes and croissants. I found it satisfying.
The streetcar outside was a bit noisy.
